Details: Originally 'Stan', the beginnings of a graphic novel created at the Royal College of Art in 2014, 'Stan and Nan' is an extended version that tells the story of my grandparents lives; my beloved Nan, and Stan, my grandfather whom I never knew. The narrative is based on letters my Nan wrote to me, conversations we shared, and interviews with family members. It is a true story of love, life, living, and the importance of family.
